    Breakfast Club

St Martin’s Primary School Breakfast Club is a service provided for parents and their children.

The cost is £4.00 per child per day, with breakfast consisting of fresh fruit, juice, toast and jam/marmalade/marmite and cereal or porridge.  The club is run in the main hall and parents/carers are asked to walk with their child/children to the side door at the back of the school hall.  Children can arrive between 7.45am and 8.00am. To deliver your children to the school hall, you can use the public car parking in front of school.  Please do not park in the staff car park.

If you wish to use the Breakfast Club, you will need to book your child/children in as we do not offer one-off or drop-in sessions. However, we may be able to assist in extreme circumstances. Please complete the Breakfast Club Registration form and return it as soon as possible.   If you do not hear anything from us, your child has been allotted a place at the club on your chosen day(s) and start date.  An invoice will be issued at the beginning of each new term and can be paid in full or in instalments.

Unfortunately, should your child be absent due to illness, for example, refunds cannot be given.  If you would like your child to join this club, but finances inhibit, please speak to Mrs Giles.

If you no longer wish to use the facility, please inform the school office in writing or via email with at least one week’s notice of termination.  If we do not receive notification, you will be charged for attendance as we will continue to cater for your child/children.

Reception children are able to attend Breakfast Club, but we ask that they do not attend during their first week at school in September to enable them to have time to settle in.

We ask that no mobile devices are brought to Breakfast Club.  Children may bring books, small games, homework etc.  We shall also provide a boxes of resources for children.

    After School Club

The cost of After School Club is £8.00 per child per day.  The club is held in the main school hall.  Children will be collected from their classrooms at 3.00pm and walked to the school hall by a member of staff.  You should collect your child from After School Club no later than 5.15pm.  You can use the public car parking in front of school. Please do not park in the staff car park.

If you would like to use the After School Club facility, you will need to complete a registration form to book your child/children in.  We do not offer one-off or drop-in sessions. However, we may be able to assist in extreme circumstances.
